Definitely. Once the U.S. economy really takes a dump, China will become either the world superpower or one of them.

I expect Pakistan to be invaded this year. Year after that, maybe Iran. Or maybe we'll leap into Iran once we're only 1/16 of the way through with Pakistan.

I don't think so. At least not as long the opinion is to withdraw troops from Iraq/Afghanistan. Or is the opinion turning again?

Obama approved a plan to send more troops to Afghanistan. It's a really complex issue, but we're either in the Middle East for the long haul, or we need to up and leave now.

Lol, neither have I. (mainly because I don't need it here, and even if I had a license I would never get a car as long as I live in Stockholm). But I'm starting to consider getting a license anyway. There are occasions when I actually can use it.

For you I assume it will be necessarily in couple of years though.. US is a car country.

I would love to go to NYC. So they are never acting like something in between.

Yup, I'll need to get a license and a car for college. Public transportation isn't so great here.

NYC isn't so bad. I like the museums but I don't like much else about it.

NYC is on my list of places to visit before I die.

I think the place right now that I really want to visit is Australia though. .. and Japan.

because I like beaches and I want to dive in the ocean. + it is basically the furthest away from here I can get so it would be nice to explore the opposite side of things.
