Out of nowhere in July I decided to go up to Wisconsin with a bunch of people to see Dave Mathew's Band. I'm not a fan of DMB but I thought seeing them live might change my mind - Sadly it didn't. No one else in the audience seemed like they were fans either. No one sang, danced, or really did anything to show they were into the music. It was just missing the energy all concerts should have. All the 20 minute sax solos just felt like backround noise to people getting high, drunk, and on eachother - which make no mistake was all fun, but I payed for a show, not a party. The opening act O.A.R, who I actually like alot more than Dave, was disappointing too. At the end of the night I felt ripped off. I don't think I'll go to anymore of his concerts and I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.
