Mostly when I see a movie based on a book I think the book is way better than the movie.
do you agree ?

yep, well...depends on what i saw/read first. because normally when you read the book you get a mental image of how the charecter, the setting and everything looks and sounds and stuff. you know? so then when you go and see the movie...its different than what you pictured so you dont like it.

I also thinks it different forms of telling a story... its hard to transform a 400 pages book to a movie.. or transfor images and different scenes to a book.
Doesnt work that well..

Well, sometimes the books are better cause since they dont involve the writer when they do a movie, they tone it down or change it..I read Salem's Lot by Stephen king, 700+ pages, but the old movie on video, sucked...I know alot of movies that are based on comic books, Men in Black(though the comic is grittier), 30 days of night(upcoming, should be good since its based on a comic book and well about vampires going on the hunt)
