mises.org/misesreview_detail.aspx?control=77This gets down some of the big points but it's not very detailed. You could probably look around on the rest of the site for more articles on the subject if you're interested enough.

I only agree with it if the woman has been raped, child will kill her, etc. but if someone decided to not use a rubber/birth control and got pregnant, then she should have the kid. However, I don't think the government should make a law like that because there is just too much gray area. It'd be impossible to weed out the lawful cases from the unlawful.

(but it is sad when it is getting overused, like instead of using contraceptives or because someone doesnt want to have a girl).

Yeah, that disgusts me but it's not like you can do much about it anyway.

My personal stance and political stance are different. You already know my personal, but my political stance is that it should be legal in all cases.

Making a law that goes along with my view would be too difficult and it'd cost a lot of money investigating every single case.

It's cheaper to give someone a life sentence than put them on death row. Some of the really bad ones do end up being killed by fellow inmates anyway.

I think it's much worse to bring a child into the world that you are neither able nor willing to take care of than it is to have an abortion. Even if I were careless with birth control (which I am not) I wouldn't have a child unless I knew that I could give that child a good life. Unless I were in the position to financially support a child, while still having enough time to dedicate to raising that child, educating that child, and caring for that child, I would not bring a life into the world.

Hence adoption agencies.
